To Heat: Microwave your wrap and a mug of
-Set the timer for 30 seconds.
-Remove your wrap and shake it between each
30-second interval, as though stirring food.
-Take care not to overheat.
To Cool: Store in freezer. You have yourself an instant icepack!
To Wash: Spot wash only. Use a damp cloth and pat dry. Washable covers are available!
