Weighted Vests
These weighted vest are made with cotton denim with discrete pockets inside holding each separate removable weights.
There are 4 - 1/4 lb. weights inside pockets for each xs and small and 8-1/4 lb. weights in the medium and large sizes, found around the bottom of the vest forming around the hip area.
The weights can be removed for washing and weight adjustability.
